Job Title: Data Center Procurement Manager

Working Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement activities within the data center industry, focusing on mission-critical environments and infrastructure.
- Manage the procurement of long-lead equipment including chillers, generators, and other critical MEP systems.
- Oversee procurement processes for civil works, base build, and MEP contracting packages.
- Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendor networks and ensure effective management of supply chains.
- Ensure procurement practices comply with both project and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Significant experience in the data center industry, with a deep understanding of mission-critical environments and infrastructure.
- Proven track record in procuring long-lead equipment such as chillers, generators, and MEP systems.
- Substantial experience managing procurement for civil works, base build, and MEP contracting.
- Minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in procurement, ideally within large-scale construction or data center projects.
- Experience working in the Middle East region is highly preferred, with a strong grasp of local market practices, supply chains, and vendor networks.
