The Expert (m/f/d) PSM Applications owns functional design, governance, and delivery accountability across the domains, ensuring that global procurement processes are accurately translated into system solutions and consistently applied. The role provides functional leadership across system design, testing strategy, and implementation readiness, while managing risks, dependencies, and escalations within transformation initiatives.

Acting as a senior subject matter expert, the role drives process standardization, control compliance, and adoption across regions, while coaching and supporting capability development within the team. The position also contributes to continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and the advancement of digital procurement capabilities in alignment with global procurement strategy.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Own and optimize global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes in SAP S/4HANA
• Translate procurement policies and controls into SAP process and workflow design
• Govern supplier master data and ensure compliance, reporting, and audit readiness
• Lead functional design and governance of SAP Ariba modules and supplier lifecycle processes
• Ensure compliant supplier onboarding, qualification, and Ariba-S/4HANA integration
• Act as senior functional lead in procurement ERP transformation and digitalization initiatives
• Drive governance, internal controls, audit compliance, training, and user adoption
• Champion continuous improvement, KPI-driven optimization, and procurement excellence across regions and projects

Show your expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of procurement and supply chain experience with strong P2P expertise
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba, supported by relevant SAP certifications
• Experience supporting global ERP and procurement transformation programs
• Strong knowledge of procurement governance, compliance, audit, and internal controls
• Experience in EPC, project-driven, or regulated industries
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
