International Procurement Excellence Expert (m/f/x)

Your responsibilities

• Optimisation and continuous improvement of procurement processes throughout the global sourcing lifecycle with regard to efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
• International implementation of procurement and supply chain management best practices and industry trends
• Management and support of procurement tools (e.g., Coupa, Lio Technologies, Savings Reporting)
• Definition and monitoring of procurement process KPIs and related reporting, as well as conduct (risk) analyses
• Development and delivery of training sessions and workshops on procurement policies, procedures, and procurement instruments, while actively promoting the use of AI in procurement
• Leadership and participation in projects focused on continuous process improvement and fostering innovation

Your profile

• Completed degree in economics, preferably with a specialization in Purchasing or Supply Chain
• Several years of professional experience in strategic procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on Procurement Excellence
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, established best practices, and modern procurement methodologies
• Solid experience in interdisciplinary project management, as well as procurement technologies and systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Business fluent in English and very good German language skills
• Proactive, communicative, and self-driven team player with strong intercultural and social competencies
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment
• Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset combined with a results-oriented, accurate, and compliance-focused work style
