- Prepare RFQs and/or RFPs to meet Project Procurement Schedules, while complying with Supply Management Policies and Procedures (“SM P&Ps”)
- Communicate with Project Team personnel during preparation of requisitions for the procurement of materials and equipment
- Negotiate commercial items, including Agreement terms and conditions with guidance from Supply Management Lead and Legal personnel
- Provide post-award administration support for active Agreements
- Maintain and updates internal SM tracking logs for Agreements under administration (i.e. Milestones, Change Order, Invoice log, etc.)
- Assist Expeditors with monitoring materials and equipment schedules to support on-time deliveries
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (in particular, Word and Excel)
- Experience with ERP computer systems such for contract management (Maximo, Ivalua, etc.)
- Minimum of 15 years of project related procurement experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Position is Calgary based – Mon~Friday - 40 hours a week.
