We are looking for a Buyer Transport Road Outside Europe for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Paris La Défense, France

Start Date: Jan 2025

Contract Duration: 12 months

Qualification and Experience Required:

• Procurement experience with the use of an eSourcing tool,
• Soft communication skills, ability to work with remote contacts,
• Intercultural Competencies
• IT tools including Excel and Powerpoint
• Fluent English required.

Tasks to be performed

• In support of the Segment Leader Road Transport outside Europe
• Supporting Marketing & Services subsidiaries outside Europe, for the management of road transport and warehousing purchases:
• Assistance in the preparation of materials for decision-making bodies,
• Animation of purchasing projects with the subsidiaries: keeping the schedule, periodic meetings,
• If applicable, Launch of Calls for Tenders via the E-sourcing platform,
• RFI preparation, processing, analysis and restitution,
• Preparation of Calls for Tenders in conjunction with subsidiaries,
• Assistance during calls for tenders: Provision of models, use of the E-sourcing tool, preparation and punctual participation if necessary in supplier defenses.
• Monitoring of purchasing spend within the scope of this Purchasing segment.
