Offshore Commissioning Manager

Contract: 12 Months (Renewable)

Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced Offshore Commissioning Manager to lead Hook-up activities for OSS projects. This role involves planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and HSE/quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and estimate resources, equipment, and logistics for Hook-up execution.
• Optimise cost, time, and feasibility across engineering and procurement phases.
• Oversee offshore construction, ensuring seamless handover to commissioning.
• Define and implement Hook-up execution strategies and project plans.
• Manage subcontractor agreements, technical evaluations, and compliance.
• Coordinate risk management, material control, and quality assurance.
• Lead offshore teams, ensuring efficient execution and progress tracking.
• Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in offshore Hook-up management.
• Strong project planning, execution, and leadership skills.
• Expertise in HSE, quality, and risk management.
