The successful Business Decision Analyst will secure an initial 12 month contract job based in Perth CBD. You will be an integral part of the experienced project team on this transformative S4 ERP project.

As a Decision Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of our S4 ERP implementation. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, generating actionable insights, and providing decision support to key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to the S4 ERP implementation.
- Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the ERP implementation.
- Proven experience as a Decision Analyst or similar role, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably S4/HANA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
