We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join a leading energy solutions provider specializing in Solar + Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across Australia. This role offers the opportunity to lead engineering efforts on utility-scale renewable energy projects from concept through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Oversee detailed engineering design, procurement, and execution of BESS projects.
•    Coordinate with cross-functional teams including electrical, civil, and control system engineers.
•    Manage contractor interfaces and ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE standards, and Australian regulations.
•    Support tendering activities, technical documentation reviews, and project scheduling.
•    Drive quality assurance and risk management throughout project phases.
Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
•    Minimum 7 years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in large-scale BESS or renewable energy projects.
•    Proven track record in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and contractor management.
•    Strong understanding of Australian grid codes and connection requirements.
