Location: London
Contract Length: 5 months
Purpose of Role:
The Senior Advisor, Talent Strategy will support the Talent Strategy Lead in developing and executing the client’s talent strategy. This role will assist in the design and implementation of all talent processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career development. The Senior Advisor will help manage development forums, identify and manage high-potential employees, and ensure alignment with the company's culture and leadership development initiatives.
Areas of Accountability, Responsibility and Competence:
• Assist in developing and implementing the talent strategy.
• Support the design and implementation of talent processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Help manage development forums to support employee growth and development.
• Implement a consistent approach to identifying leadership potential and work with HR and BU leaders to manage high-potential employees, focusing on retention strategies.
• Collaborate with the Culture and Organisational Effectiveness Lead to ensure talent processes align with the company's culture.
• Work with the Leadership Development Manager to integrate leadership development into the talent strategy.
• Engage with employee reference groups to obtain feedback and improve processes.
• Educate HR and the workforce on talent processes and best practices.
• Develop internal documentation, such as guides on how to have development conversations.
• Collaborate with the Global Learning Team to create and implement learning initiatives to support employee development.
• Communicate with business units to understand their development needs and provide support.
• Review talent data and generate reports to inform decision-making.
• Support the functional aspects of the talent intelligence hub and opportunity marketplace, collaborating with HRIS and IS teams, including involvement in system design and build.
• Assist in building and maintaining a talent data dashboard to track key metrics.

• Proven experience in talent management and strategy development.
• Strong understanding of performance management, succession planning, and career development processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
