Job Description

• Delivering Sourcing & Procurement projects for industry-leading clients in- and outside the Netherlands, within a multi-disciplinary team;
• challenge todays status quo to deliver solutions for complex and existing challenges in the field of Sourcing & Procurement (e.g. Sustainability regulations and compliance, or spend analysis and cost optimization);
• develop diverse skills through self-development and extensive learning & training opportunities, including on-the-job training and individual coaching;
• supporting further development of existing propositions and (co-)creating new value propositions;
• contributing to eminence publications in the Procurement domain;
• making an active contribution to knowledge development of junior colleagues.

With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Senior Consultant Sourcing & Procurement:

• a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in (Digital) Procurement (e.g. Category Management) and preferably consulting related experience;
• a master's degree;
• excellent interpersonal and people skills, and enthusiastic to collaborate in teams;
• strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions.

You will be supporting our clients with their business challenges across all areas within the sourcing and procurement domain: Develop the procurement strategy and operating model design, support companies with their sustainable sourcing and green procurement initiatives, conduct spend analytics, provide insights for cost optimization and realize successful (digital) procurement transformations.
