The PMO Specialist supports the continuous improvement and governance of our client’s Project Lifecycle by developing, implementing, and maintaining management system resources that ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all projects. This role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to align project management practices with organizational objectives and industry standards.

The PMO Specialist supports the continuous improvement and governance of our client’s Project Lifecycle by developing, implementing, and maintaining management system resources that ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all projects. This role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to align project management practices with organizational objectives and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review the Project Lifecycle framework and deliverables to ensure appropriate timing, sequencing, and expectations across project stages.
- Develop and maintain Management System resources—including standards, processes, procedures, and templates—to support the Project Lifecycle and specific project requirements.
- Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders to review and validate new or revised Management System resources.
- Implement approved Management System resources across the business and support effective adoption through communication, training, and change management.
- Assist other business functions in developing or improving their documentation to ensure alignment with corporate governance and project management best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO operations by identifying opportunities for process optimization and standardization.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in project governance, management systems, or PMO functions within the energy or infrastructure sector preferred.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycles, documentation control, and process development.
- Strong experience with Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc).
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
