1.
Identification, planning and close follow-up the reservoir surveillance plans for Kharaib reservoir
2.
Identification and follow-up of reservoir management activities to maximize production, voidage replacement improvement, and reduce the production decline rates
3.
Perform simulation and special studies related to well performance improvement initiatives
4.
Use of segmented well modeling (IX) both 3D and Single Well Models to optimize and design KB wells
5.
Opportunities identification and maturation to FID (RD Workovers, Tubing Change-outs, Integrity WO, Stimulation...) for production and injection improvements
6.
Timely generation of monthly unconstrained profiles for short term production forecast (Rolling Forecast)
7.
New wells and work-overs post-mortem synthesis
8.
Wells & Well Patterns reviews, and identify remedial actions
9.
WAG cycles optimization, execution, and follow-up
10.
Surfactant pilots maturation, execution and monitoring
11.
Support Profiles and Reserves team by providing data for Integrated Asset Modelling
12.
Support IRM team for NFA unconstrained profiles aggregation and analysis
13.
Effective collaboration between KB RMO and NOC entities (Field Ops, E&C, D&W...)
14.
Provide support to team members.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

6 years of experience within a subsurface organization

Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree, and preferably Master’s degree (in a RE / PE subject) PROFILE REQUIRED

In-depth understanding of Reservoir Management and surveillance processes

Reservoir and geoscience working experience in an operated asset

Good experience on reservoir dynamic modeling (Eclipse/IX/Petrel) and model history matching

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Detail oriented with bias to action

Ability to collaborate and influence across multidisciplinary teams

Strong networking skills externally and internally
