What the day will look like
You will play a key role in delivering innovative and effective People Risk solutions as part of our industry-leading Global Benefits group within Aon's Health Solutions business. Your work will focus on global employee benefits strategy, risk mitigation, and high-impact advisory support for multinational clients.

How this opportunity is different
In Global Benefits, you will work closely with multinational clients to improve their People Risk strategy on a truly global scale. You'll be part of a team helping clients manage insured benefit plans, implement global consolidation solutions, and explore approaches such as pooling, global underwriting, and captives.
Alongside benefits, you'll also contribute to broader People Risk initiatives including wellbeing, DE&I, claims mitigation, and Employee Value Proposition design-partnering with experts across Aon's global network. This role gives you both autonomy and senior support, helping you grow as a trusted advisor in an international consulting environment.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree-preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Political Science, Environmental Science/Law, or a related field-or equivalent years of industry experience.

Daily responsibilities include:
- Partnering with clients from diverse international markets and senior consultants to deliver strategic employee benefit solutions across global portfolios.
- Leading and delivering People Risk advisory projects with senior corporate collaborators.
- Driving data analysis and synthesis to support global benefits strategy and decision-making.
- Working optimally with regional and global account teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of consulting engagements.
- Providing subject-matter expertise as a senior member of the Global Benefits Team, contributing to financial strategy development for Aon's top clients.
- Reviewing and finalizing client results for global benefits projects.
- Collaborating with other Aon product lines-including Talent Assessment, Compensation, and Wellbeing-to deliver integrated client solutions.

- Proven experience in project management, data analytics, and/or consulting
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions
- Strong analytical approach and ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations
Education:
