We're seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to drive the execution of this ambitious offshore O&G venture. Based in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, you'll oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless progression from design phases to on-site construction, while adhering to stringent safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the construction management for offshore facilities, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources across the 3-year lifecycle, from FEED to construction.
Mitigate risks in complex offshore environments, ensuring compliance with Australian regulations and industry best practices.
Foster stakeholder relationships, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Drive innovation in construction methodologies to optimize efficiency and sustainability.
Essential Requirements:
Extensive experience in Offshore O&G or large-scale construction projects valued at $1 billion AUD or more.
Proven expertise in FLNG, FPSO, FSRU, or equivalent offshore works.
Strong leadership skills with a background in FEED-to-construction transitions.
Relevant engineering degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
