Your role
- We look forward to hearing from experienced acousticians to join our team in our Global
Technology Centre in Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, and Pune. - You will be working on nationally significant and high-profile infrastructure, building and
environmental projects in the UK and overseas, with a close knit and dynamic team of
acousticians based in the UK and India. - Working as an integral part of the Acoustics team,
you will be building up your experience and expertise on multi-disciplinary projects and
advising clients. Through working closely with an experienced team, you will be mentored to
develop your working knowledge of the relevant Design Standards and Guidelines and gain
experience of acoustic measurement techniques and modelling software.
About you
- We are considering experienced applicants at all levels. The ideal applicant would have:
Qualifications to degree level or equivalent in a relevant field - Good understanding of analytical methods and relevant assessment standards;
Membership of the Institute of Acoustics or equivalent professional body at an
appropriate level - Demonstrable experience of using digital tools relevant to the role, such as noise
modelling software, GIS, python or AI - Drive and enthusiasm for learning, innovation and providing value to our clients.
Applicants with up to three years' experience in acoustics, would have experience in
acoustic modelling or prediction - More experienced applicants with at least 7 years' experience in acoustics, would also
have strong commercial awareness and project leadership skills, and ideally experience
in acoustic consultancy.
