This role is part of the Global Quality and Continuous Improvement team. The Continuous Improvement Senior Consultant will support Global HR Operations Leadership Team and HR Operations Teams by managing projects, driving process improvements and leading various change initiatives. The role involves project leadership, stakeholder management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Leading Continuous Improvement initiatives end-to-end across global, regional, and local HR Operations, including planning, coordination, risk management, mitigation actions, and ensuring delivery of defined objectives and outcomes.
- Supporting Global and Regional HR Operations projects by driving effective stakeholder management, ensuring alignment, managing expectations, and securing buy-in across functions.
- Driving process optimization and operational excellence by analyzing performance data, identifying improvement opportunities, and simplifying business processes.
- Leveraging data analysis to support decision-making, including preparing reports, dashboards, and business cases, and applying statistical and CI methods to identify trends, uncover root causes, measure impact, and drive data-driven improvements.
- Developing and enhancing Continuous Improvement frameworks, tools, and methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma), while fostering a strong CI mindset across HR Operations through training, coaching, and mentoring, and ensuring adherence to governance and best practices.
Qualifications for the role:
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, HR service delivery, HR shared services, or a similar role with a strong focus on process improvement and customer experience. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing HR processes.
- You have advanced project management skills and a strong command of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies (certification is a plus).
- You have solid analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and visualize data to provide actionable insights.
- You know how to work with HR systems like ServiceNow, Workday, or similar tools, and you understand how HR operations run in these systems.
- You are committed to creating customer-focused solutions, with the ability to translate customer requirements into impactful initiatives and outcomes.
- You demonstrate exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, easily interacting with diverse stakeholders, managers, and subject matter experts in a professional manner.
- You demonstrate a structured and detail-oriented approach to work, showcasing strong self-organization and a focus on meeting deadlines.
- You are a creative thinker who can solve problems and handle several tasks at once.
