Team Description
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments.
Within VCA exists VCA Implementation Services (VIS), a hands-on execution partner, implementing, operating, and optimizing Visa products in client environments to accelerate activation, portfolio growth, risk control, and data-driven performance.
As a Consulting Project Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to large multinational merchants and payment platforms headquartered or operating in Central Europe. Your clients will include globally recognized brands and digital leaders (e.g. global payment technology platforms, e-commerce platforms, global marketplaces, travel and mobility players).
Reporting to the Director, Visa Consulting & Analytics, you will lead complex implementation engagements in the payment acceptance and merchant domain-working directly with client stakeholders who are themselves experts in payments.
This role is designed for professionals who already bring payments industry expertise and want to apply it in a high-impact, client-facing implementation role, working with wider Visa experts and suppliers to execute and bring strategies to live.

Specific Responsibilities include
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 60% or more of the time based on business needs.

- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions in the world of payment platforms (PSPs, acquirers, commercial issuers) and multinational merchants
- Quantify solution value and differentiation
- Create sales materials and presentations

- Define the value proposition and develop sales collateral, including sales presentations and "tear sheets"
- Spot challenges and opportunities across clients
- Develop custom and scalable products using Visa and third-party assets
- Find third-party partners for solution enhancement
- Develop profitable pricing strategies
- Demonstrate strong project and program management skills
- Consistently deliver high-quality results
- Implement hands-on solutions comfortably
- Apply data application techniques in statistics, machine learning, and AI
- Stay updated on data science developments

- Experience in consulting payment platforms or multinational merchants in the payments space preferably within a top-tier consulting firm.
- Demonstrated ability to sell solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver, implement solutions, execution-oriented.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, can measure client financial impact.
- Experience with modern distributed systems data analytics, programming tools.
- Understanding of the application of predictive modeling and machine learning techniques.
- Previous experience in developing insights-driven solutions.
- Fluency in technology.
