Develop, establish, and maintain detailed project cost baselines and forecasts aligned to scope and schedule

Track commitments, expenditures and accruals, validate invoices and ensure correct coding.

Prepare accurate monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.

Produce regular project cost performance reports.

Support monthly project reviews and executive reporting.

Maintain earned value metrics and trend analysis to inform decision making.

Evaluate cost impacts of scope of variations, delays, and risks.

Maintain change control registers and ensure budget adjustments are documented and approved.

Collaborate with other stakeholders to quantify and manage cost exposure.

Key Skills

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or Finance
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in cost control, project controls, or project accounting in energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure environments
• Demonstrated capability in cost forecasting, reporting and variance analysis.
