Electrical & Instrumentation Superintendent – AMIRAL Project

Role: Ensure all Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) works are executed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with project specifications, supporting efficient completion and handover to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise EPCC contractors and ensure effective field execution of E&I activities
• Enforce compliance with HSSE requirements, permit-to-work system, and approved procedures
• Monitor progress, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions
• Review and validate JSA, method statements, and work schedules
• Conduct regular site safety walks and ensure continuous site supervision
• Coordinate with HSE, Quality, Engineering, and Commissioning teams
• Follow up inspections, testing, punch lists, and system handover
• Identify risks and ensure mitigation plans are implemented

Profile

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in E&I on major Oil & Gas or industrial projects
• Strong experience in construction and site supervision (EPCC environment)
• Solid knowledge of HSE standards, codes, and project specifications
• Experience in large-scale, multicultural projects
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English

Plus

• Middle East project experience is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
