We are seeking a Technical Manager to support industrial clients by delivering application expertise, technical solutions, and product performance optimization.
This is a client-facing role involving close collaboration with internal commercial and technical teams to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation in operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements across technical, operational, and commercial aspects
• Recommend appropriate solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Support preparation of technical proposals and documentation
• Deliver presentations and participate in technical discussions with clients
• Ensure accurate and complete request-for-quotation (RFQ) submissions

• Monitor and evaluate solution performance at client sites
• Conduct site visits to assess application effectiveness and identify improvements
• Support product/solution trials and ensure proper reporting
• Track performance issues, feedback, and continuous improvement actions

• Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities
• Support new solution launches with relevant technical materials
• Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities within existing and new accounts

• Provide technical training to internal teams and clients
• Ensure best practices and proper application standards are followed

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
• 8–15 years of experience in one of the following:
  • Technical support / application engineering in an industrial environment
  • Manufacturing, quality, or operations roles
  • Client-facing technical or project-based roles
• Strong ability to:
  • Understand technical processes and applications
  • Analyze performance and recommend improvements
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills (English required)
• Willingness to travel for client site engagement
• Familiarity with technical tools/software is a plus
