Function Description
What does your day look like?
Your day starts with a team catch-up, where you discuss ongoing projects, client needs, active vacancies, and commercial opportunities in the market.
From there, your focus is on managing and growing your client portfolio. You speak with clients to understand their workforce challenges, identify upcoming hiring needs, and advise them on the availability of talent within the market. Working closely with the recruiters from your team, you translate client requirements into successful placements.
Throughout the day, you'll connect with clients and candidates, ensuring the right professionals are introduced to the right opportunities. You'll present candidates, negotiate terms, follow up on proposals, and guide the process from introduction to placement. Building long-term partnerships and delivering excellent service are at the heart of everything you do.
In addition, you'll actively identify new business opportunities, expand your network, and strengthen relationships with existing clients. You stay informed about developments in the Energy & Maritime markets and work together with colleagues across our international offices to drive growth and deliver results.
Whether you're meeting clients, negotiating a placement, or exploring new opportunities, you'll play a key role in connecting people, projects, and business success.
Requirements
What you bring

• Affinity with the Maritime, Offshore, Energy or Renewables sectors
• Experience working with CRM systems, ATS platforms, and recruitment tools
• A proactive, relationship-driven, and results-oriented mindset
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
• Strong organizational skills and the confidence to take initiative
What we offer
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonus schemes
• International career opportunities within a global organization
• Extensive training and development programs
• Hybrid working possibilities
• Modern office environment in Riga
• Laptop and phone provided
• A collaborative team culture where ownership and initiative are valued
• Regular team events, networking opportunities, and international collaboration
