Position: Specialist Trainer
Location: Site-based (Global Mining Company)
Roster: 8:6 (8 days on, 6 days off)
Contract: Until end of June, with potential for extension

About Us: Join a leading global mining company dedicated to innovation and sustainability. We are transitioning from paper-based records to a digital SAP Asset Manager application and need your expertise to ensure a smooth transition for our site-based workers.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced trainer to deliver comprehensive training on the SAP Asset Manager application to our site-based workers. All training content is prepared; your role will focus on effective delivery and ensuring our team is proficient in using the new system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on the SAP Asset Manager application.
• Facilitate hands-on learning and provide support to workers transitioning from paper-based records.
• Adapt training methods to suit various learning styles and levels of technical proficiency.
• Monitor and report on training progress and effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivering training, ideally within a mining environment.
• Knowledge of SAP Asset Manager or similar applications is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on a site-based roster (8:6).
• Flexibility to adapt to different learning needs and environments.
