NES Fircroft are looking for an experienced HR Transformation/Workday Lead for our client who is a global leader in the Automation & Controls field. You will require a strong HR Transformation/Workday change experience.

The role is UK based  - Remote

Rate: Outside of IR35 Or (PAYE/Umbrella):- Day rate £750- £900 day

• 12-month contract dealing with:-
• Change leadership – engaging and equipping stakeholders to build understanding and drive the change.
• Change network – establish and consult the network of change agents, collecting feedback and addressing issues.
• Impact assessment and change planning - assess the impact of the program for stakeholder groups in scope and tailor the global approach to drive a coordinated people journey.
• Change toolkit - provide change management tools, tactics and advisory to ensure a systematic and common change approach is taken across the organisation
• Readiness building - co-create the readiness plan for the business unit and countries in scope and steer its delivery for the go-live and beyond.
