Your role and responsibilities

Your role and responsibilities • Serves as the primary HSE interface in APAC region and cultivates a high performance culture with a strong focus on HSE in the region • Oversees and drives health and safety activities in accordance with the business strategy • Oversees HSE processes in the sales & solutions project execution and supports ensuring that all necessary preventive measures are taken care of and that our own people as well as contractors working for us at customer sites and at suppliers have the necessary HSE training and certification • Monitors compliance with policies, internal audits, supplier audits, performing site inspections and preparing detailed reports and action plans on findings • Ensures learnings from HSE incidents are shared among the management and relevant stakeholders and improvements are embedded in the organization's processes • Drives behavioral change through business-specific performance improvement programs and practices • Give guidance to the teams in HSE matters and supports the development of peers in occupational safety • Embeds an exemplary health and safety culture and a strong focus on learning and continuous improvement in the respective organization • Reports HSE performance and progress with respect to the implementation of the global HSE objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as required

Qualifications for the role

• At least 7 years of experience in the field of HSE, specifically with project sites
• Master in Electrical Engineering or a related education
• Passionate about driving learning and improving
• Experience in managing cross functional teams and people in different countries and with different cultural backgrounds
• Strong sense of safety, compliance and sustainability
