We are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer Senior, reporting to a Plant Maintentenance section Head and/or the Head of Start-Up, within Construction, Start-up & Subcontracting Department in our Rome Operating Center, in Italy.
About The Role:
Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:
• Preparing detailed maintenance job plans and programs for mechanical/electrical/instrumental equipment according to Vendor/Manufacturer documentation, good engineering practice and internal experience / expertise
• producing the maintenance manual in accordance with Clients specifications and/or international standards
• understanding and developing Maintenance Engineering general guidelines/procedures/philosophies
• Being able to read and understand technical documentation such as PID, Process documents, data sheet, Vendor documents in such a way to know the necessary details to perform the maintenance engineering studies
• Guiding the Equipment Criticality Assessment execution according to the approved Equipment Criticality Guideline and the Maintenance Strategy selection for all the items subject to maintenance
• Being able to perform or, at least, having knowledge about content and purpose of Risk and Reliability studies (such as RAM, FMECA, RCM) and being able to support in preparing the study report to be issued to Client
• Being able to manage equipment preservation subject including preparation of preservation instructions for plant equipment according to Vendor/Manufacturer documentation and international standards, upload preservation instructions on preservation management system, liaise with site about preservation issues
• Being able to evaluate technical/commercial offer and relevant documentation for the bidding phase of new possible projects to be awarded
• Having knowledge about CMMS system to deal with interfaces relevant to this topic
• Being able to Liaise with other involved disciplines / project group according to the activities to be performed
• Having knowledge about Spare Parts Management, SPIR forms, Operating Spare Parts, Interchangeability and so on
• Supporting junior maintenance engineers in the process of maintenance engineering knowledge
