We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead on engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical systems design, project management, and team leadership. You will play a crucial role in overseeing complex projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components.
• Oversee and manage engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Develop and review detailed electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on project management.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
