Your role and responsibilities
ABB's Motion business is the world's largest supplier of drives and motors. We provide our customers with a complete range of electric motors, generators, drives and services, as well as mechanical power transmission products and integrated digital solutions for powertrains. Our solutions fit a multi-tude of automation applications in the transportation, infrastructure, assembly and process industries. The working model for this position is as follows: LinkedIn #hybrid You will be responsible for providing various services to customers, on variable speed drives - Missions in France and occasionally abroad. Main activities: Maintenance and commissioning: Carries out installation, commissioning and maintenance, according to contract requirements. Complies with applicable requirements and procedures (ABB and customer sites). Repair: Conducts detailed inspections to determine required maintenance and possible repairs. Performs troubleshooting, recommends necessary changes such as equipment replacement, purchase of spare parts to improve performance and customer satisfaction. Reports customer needs to the Service sales structure. Support: May be required to provide customer training, technical telephone assistance where necessary. On-call duty: Telephone on-call duty and interventions in the case of service contracts. Safety rules: Comply with quality, safety, health and environmental policies. Take part in improvement actions. Travel: Occasional travel abroad. You'll be joining a young, high-performance team where you can flourish.

Qualifications for the role
- - At least 2 years' higher education or an electrical engineering degree,
- - At least 5 years' experience in customer service,
- - English read, written and spoken,
- - Autonomy, availability, rigor, mobility, responsiveness, good customer relations,
- - No obstacles to travel (70%),
- - Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Environment rules: HSE is everybody's business.
