Job Title: Technical Services Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

• Coordinate and manage design and engineering activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.

• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.

• Oversee UXO (Unexploded Ordnance) risk assessments and clearance operations, ensuring full compliance with safety standards and regulations.

• Manage environmental remediation projects, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and industry best practices.

• Supervise construction activities to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within the allocated budget.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Education: B. Sc. in Engineering from an accredited college or university.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years of total post-graduation experience.
  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in the Oil & Gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry, specifically with exposure to heavy oil projects.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related leadership role or specialty.

• Track Record: Proven experience in managing multi-projects, with expertise in multi-discipline areas such as Design & Engineering, HSE, UXO, QA/QC, GIS, Environmental Remediation Technologies, and Construction functions within the Oil & Gas industry.

Primary Objective:

• Support the KERP program managers in all technical aspects and ensure the successful delivery of projects, taking full responsibility for project outcomes and performance.
