We are currently seeking an Advanced Field Service Engineerto join our team. You will will perform maintenance, audits, configuration,programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration ofcomplex/advanced Honeywell control systems
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Understanding of SLA and manage team to drive 100% SLA fulfilment
  • Managing service escalation and meeting with customer at site for the resolution of the same
  • Leading for new sales lead generation and detail technical site study along with BOM preparation followed by technical presentation at site to convince customer on Lead
  • Drive BTI opportunities and cyber opportunities
  • Provide customer support on Honeywell Control Systems and serve as a customer contact for service-related issues/enquiries

KeyExperience & Capabilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical/Engineering field
  • 3 years' experience in Honeywell Product Platform
  • Experience with DCS, PLC, Networking, Third party communication, Modbus, Serial interface etc.
  • Knowledge in process automation, experience in process like petrochemical, Oil and Gas is preferable
  • Experience with Experion PKS Hardware & Software, C-300, TDC, & TPS system experience including LCN/UNC
