Ich stelle den zuverlässigen und hochverfügbaren Betrieb einer wichtigen Plattform für energiewirtschaftliche Prozesse sicher und bin dabei wichtige Ansprechpartner*in für alle betrieblichen Belange.

Dabei sind die Kolleg*innen und Stakeholder auf hochverfügbare Applikationen angewiesen, um zentrale energiewirtschaftliche Prozesse abzubilden und zu verfolgen. Durch die Digitalisierung steigen die Anforderungen stetig. An dieser Stelle übernehme ich Verantwortung und setze mich für einen reibungslosen Betrieb im Sinne der "You build it, you run it"-Grundsätze ein.

Meine Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche im Überblick:

• Bereitstellung und Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebs inkl. Wartung und Pflege mit Blick auf die Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements,
• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen,
• Systemadministration, d.h. Auswertung von Produktanforderungen sowie Koordination dieser (Cloud, on Premise, und Hybrid),
• Überwachung, Behebung und Analyse von Störungen (Durchführung von Root-Cause-Analysen)
• Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Deployments, Updates und Patches,
• Implementierung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen,
• Dokumentation & Support,
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserungen zur Steigerung der Anwendungsperformance und Verfügbarkeit,
• Koordination der Anbindung von externen Partnern,
• Enge fachbereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit, insbesondere zu den Teams der IT-Infrastruktur, des IT-Netzwerks sowie der IT-Sicherheit innerhalb der Elia Gruppe.

50Hertz betreibt kritische Infrastruktur und die entsprechenden Applikationen müssen daher hochverfügbar sein. Daher bin ich bereit, an der IT-Rufbereitschaft (remote) teilzunehmen. Das umfasst ca. 4 Wochen pro Jahr, in denen ich bei ad-hoc Problemen erreichbar bin und Lösungen koordiniere.

Mein Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer anderen vergleichbaren IT-bezogenen Fachrichtung,
• Mehrjährige tiefgreifende Erfahrungen in Planung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Applikationen,
• Erfahrung im Service Betrieb (DevOps) komplexer Webplattformen (Applikationsserver, Datenbanken, Middleware, Message Queueing) idealerweiser in verteilten Umgebungen,
• Vertrautheit mit Monitoring- und Logging-Tools (z.B. Splunk, PRTG),
• Erfahrung im Bereich Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Tools und Prozessen,
• Verständnis von IT-Sicherheitskonzepten und Best Practices,
• Erfahrungen mit verschiedenen Betriebssystemen (Windows, Linux) und Virtualisierung,
• Kenntnisse über Datenbankmanagementsystemen und Middleware-Komponenten,
• Erfahrungen in Netzwerkinfrastrukturen und Netzwerkstandards,
• IT-Projektmanagement-Erfahrung und Kenntnisse des ITIL-basierten Servicemanagements (insbesondere im Change- und Incident-Management),
• Erfahrung in der IT-Providersteuerung, dem IT-Monitoring und IT-Operation-Management,
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Energiewirtschaftliche/s Erfahrungen und/oder Knowhow im KRITIS-Umfeld.

We are 50Hertz - one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
