Job Description 

For our client, one of the biggest energy groups in Poland, we are currently seeking an experienced specialist in the field of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This role will be crucial for all BESS-related topics within the group, responsible for cooperation with all relevant departments and stakeholders, creating strategy, and supervising the implementation of BESS solutions.

In this role you will:

• supervise implementation of BESS solutions in each relevant part of the group
• advise all relevant stakeholders, especially procurement teams, development teams, decision makers
• support procurement departments in fields related to BESS technology providers
• supervise financial aspects of each BESS project in group 
• when necessary, conduct on-site FATs during procurement procedures

For this position you should have:

• extensive experience within BESS technologies
• understanding of CAPEXes and OPEXes of BESS projects
• experience in working in wide organizations with well-developed reporting structures 
• english language at fully communicative level
• commercial approach and mediation skills
• project management skills would be an asset
