Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage offshore projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with technical specifications. 
• Provide technical expertise to the project team and ensure alignment with operational goals. 
• Collaborate with multinational taskforce teams (minimum 10 years' experience) to drive success in large-scale projects. 
• Oversee project execution, including design, construction, commissioning, and handover phases, ensuring adherence to operator's specifications. 
• Manage offshore facilities development and modification, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. 
• Ensure all project activities meet the relevant codes, standards, and industry regulations (e.g., NOC, TotalEnergies General Specifications, Manasa). 
• Foster a positive team environment, applying strong leadership to motivate and guide project team members. 
• Prepare and deliver detailed project reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to stakeholders. 
• Travel internationally for technical missions and support site activities as needed. 
• Apply strong analytical skills to resolve project challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure successful outcomes. 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in offshore oil & gas projects, with at least 5 years as a Project Engineer within an operator's team. 
• Project Team Experience: At least 10 years working in a large multinational taskforce team environment. 
• Offshore Facilities Experience: Prior experience with offshore facilities is preferred. 
• Technical Missions: Available for global technical missions to support projects worldwide. ✈️

• Strong leadership and team management skills. 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
• Ability to work on projects in complex, multicultural environments. 
• Solid analytical skills to navigate complex project issues. 
• Computer literate with proficiency in project management software, spreadsheets, and communication tools. 
• Language: Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Training: H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET certifications.
