This position reports to
Marketing & Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will develop and showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships and responding promptly to specific customer needs and issues. You will have the opportunity to participate in service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities, and secure profitable sales within designated areas. Each day, you will focus on deepening relationships with the Installed Base (IB) and selling the entire Service product portfolio. Your Main Responsibilities: • Prepare technical and financial aspects of offers, including pricing and trading conditions. • Collaborate with the sales team, providing expert advice on technical low voltage solutions, products, systems, and applications. • Perform diagnostics and analysis to recommend improvements based on customers' needs. • Contribute technical details and perspectives at various stages of service projects, delivering technical presentations, drawings, and demonstrations. • Offer specialized training on products, solutions, and services, while continuously learning about the field and customer needs. Qualifications for the role
- A technical degree in Electromechanics, Energy, or equivalent experience.
- Initial experience in low voltage installations and applications expectations will different depending on experience.
- Experience in estimations and tendering is appreciated but not mandatory.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required.
- Candidates should have a commercial and result-oriented mindset, effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines collaboratively.
