This position reports to

Global Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects. The work model for the role is:#LI-Onsite. This role is contributing to the Process Automation business for Process Industries division based in Bangalore, India. You will be mainly accountable for: • Lead the QCS Project work under the Engineering Manager • System design, layout, provide shopping list for the Project Manager and On site Commissioning until production • Fine-Tuning system and handover to customer and Perform the Operation Test and Performance Test for PM. • Prepare and maintain pending job list & expedite project closure. • Preparation & tracking of warranty reports & replacements and Capturing customer complaints and timely solution You will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in QCS solutions by similar suppliers / in Paper Machines with QCS maintenance.
• Experience in Quality Control System Scanners is preferred
• i. Network Platform NP1200/700/ RNP1200/NP800
• ii. Smart Platform SP1200/700/ RSP/CF700
• Experience in Sensors is an advantage
• i. Basis Weight, STLK/STLP/TLS
• ii. Moisture, HPIR/Hemi + IR/Microwave/Reflectance IR
• iii. Caliper, Non-Contact/GT Caliper/Contact caliper
• Experience in CD Actuators would be good and QCS CD Control System (Dilution, Slice, Steam and Induction)
• Experience in application programming & HMI development/ modifications for QCS systems
• B.Tech/ B.E from a reputed University with First Class in Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.
