About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Crane/Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to enhance production engineering and planning skills while working in a multi-discipline team. You will be responsible for developing effective and executable solutions to reduce asset risks, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide crane maintenance engineering support for onshore and offshore assets.
- Drive OPEX and CAPEX modifications to reduce process safety, environmental, regulatory, and financial risks.
- Perform Level 1-3 risk analysis using industry standards (API, ASME, AS, BS, ISO).
- Utilize Excel, Python, MATLAB, PV Elite, CAESAR, and ANSYS for technical analysis.
- Optimize maintenance strategies based on the evolving Asset Reference Plan (ARP).
- Deliver engineering support for planned maintenance, including MOCs and STC workpacks.
- Respond to engineering queries and manage mechanical-related Safety & Environmental Critical Elements (SECEs).
- Assist with incident investigations and ensure compliance with HSE procedures.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5-10 years of experience, including crane expertise.
- Strong background in onshore and offshore overhead cranes and powered davits.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of risk identification, assessment, and management of change.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
