Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility. You will be mainly accountable for: • Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer's operations and eliminate pain points. • Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products. • Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities. • Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future. • Ensure that the work is executed according to Service Contract/Agreement, ABB - OHS guidelines, local safety regulations and customer site safety requirement.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or etc.
- Minimum 2~3 years' hands-on experience with electrical service and similar automation product.
- Car drive license and owned car
