In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Coach and support employees with the implementation of our Production System
- Coach and support the teams with their activities in Continuous Improvement
- Work together with the Continuous Improvement Manager in executing operational improvements and lean strategies
- Lead and coach Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) sessions
- Manage projects within budget and ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain work processes within lean, standards and training documents
- Train and coach the employees and support the managers on Perfect Execution methodologies

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Technical Education (BSc-level) or extensive relevant technical experience
- At least 4-5 years of experience in related role within operations or equivalent
- Solid knowledge of continuous improvement methods and tools, with a proven track record of implementing change in a continuous improvement environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and be fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish
