Act as the offshore focal point for installation execution, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Develop and review installation methodologies, procedures, and execution plans.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and offshore teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Conduct offshore site visits to oversee installation, vessel operations, and contractor performance.
Ensure compliance with HSE and industry regulations, promoting a strong safety culture.

Essential skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Degree-qualified engineer (Mechanical, Civil, Offshore, Marine, or related).
Experience in offshore installation engineering within oil & gas.
Strong understanding of offshore construction, subsea installation, lifting, and rigging operations.
Experience working on offshore vessels, mobilisation planning, and installation campaigns.
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET, OGUK) preferred.
