Start Date: March 2025
Location: Paris, France with mission to Houston, Texas, États-Unis
Duration: MAR 2025 - JUN 2025 (3 - 6 months)
Profile:
- Degree in project management, human resources, or related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of digital tools and innovative training methods.
- Fluency (oral and written) in English and French, knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Missions :
- Participate in the organization of training and the updating and dynamization of communication materials for participants.
- Select relevant activities and service providers and ensure contact, quotes, and finalization of the contract.
- Liaise with the logistics team at training locations.
- Participate in the implementation and launch of new training projects related to human resources and diversity, including the creation of gamified and innovative digital journeys on an application or the organization of interactive face-to-face training.
- Participate in the facilitation of these training courses in France and abroad.
- Standardize the management and management tools of specific programs (TID / SMG / BSK).
General obligations of the Service Provider:
- The service provider shall put in place the organisation and means necessary for the proper performance of the services. He supervises and directs his teams. He is solely responsible for the management and discipline of his staff, who remain under his sole authority, direction and supervision in his capacity as employer. The appointment of privileged contacts or a team leader on site as well as the client's indications or requests to the service provider's contacts may not create a relationship of subordination between the latter and the client.
- The service providers called upon to perform services on COMPANY premises remain in all circumstances under the hierarchical and disciplinary authority of the service provider, which, as the sole employer, ensures the administrative, accounting and social management of its employees working on the COMPANY site.
- The service provider will take all necessary measures to ensure the stability of its teams as much as possible. In any case, he informs the client in advance of any changes in the persons assuming a key role in the provision of the services.
- In particular, in the event of a change in personnel, a training/recovery period must be planned and organized by the Company (knowledge of the Group, site and unit rules, considering the prevention plan, internal site training relating to internal procedures)
- The absences of service providers under the legal and contractual conditions are set by the Service Provider in agreement with COMPANY, which will be notified 4 weeks before the absence in question, except in exceptional cases or force majeure.
- In the event of the intervener's short or long-term absence, the Service Provider undertakes to notify COMPANY and the parties shall meet to determine whether it is necessary to temporarily or permanently replace the absent intervener. In the event of a necessary replacement, the Service Provider undertakes to make every effort to ensure a replacement within 10 working days of the service provider's absence.
