Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Proven experience as Country Manager, Operations Manager in the Oil & Gas industry oilfield services companies in drill bits services 
• 8 years of professional experience (preferred).
• Background in sales and/or contract acquisition.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa 
• Willingness to travel.
