Requirement

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
• Min. 10 years field experience with min 3 years experiences managerial level
• Understands electrical engineering, and energy conversion
• Understands Project Management, Supervision, handling team, and Reporting
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage Services team (including O&M team, Site Coordinators, Commissioning team, and Project Controller/Admin)
• Support on technical & non-technical aspects of O&M related works
• Coordinate troubleshoots and maintenance on existing projects with Site Coordinators
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the services division to achieve business goals
• Communication with EPC team to perform retention period & commissioning activities
• Responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of Technician & Helper requirements for construction projects and Operations & Maintenance activities, including recruitment, deployment, and performance management to meet project timelines and operational efficiency                      
• Familiar with Solar PV System, SCADA & electrical test equipment
• Familiar with Genset & Medium Voltage
• Experienced in Power Plant O&M
• Familiar with construction & commissioning procedure
• Experienced working in multinational company
