- Conduct thorough testing of ESP (Electric Submersible Pump) equipment to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Prepare and apply paint to various equipment as needed, ensuring a smooth and professional finish.
- Perform comprehensive inspections of equipment to identify any defects or maintenance needs, documenting findings accordingly.
- Safely operate a forklift to transport materials and equipment within the facility, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with maintaining the tidiness and organization of the workspaces and facility.
- Efficiently load and unload equipment from transport vehicles or storage areas, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Relocate equipment to appropriate areas within the facility, following organizational guidelines for optimal workflow.
- Normalize and process inbound equipment to maintain consistency and readiness for production.
- Monitor stock levels regularly and ensure that inventory is replenished to meet operational demands.
- Identify and request additional inventory based on reorder points (ROP) to avoid shortages and maintain supply continuity.
- Pull and prepare equipment for outgoing orders or maintenance as needed, ensuring timely availability.
- Assist in conducting cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies.
- Receive and process inbound shipments, verifying contents against packing lists and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment and parts, including specifications, quantities, and storage locations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management to support team objectives and overall operations.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred but not required
- Previous experience working in a warehouse, shop, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Previous assembly, field service, inventory, and forklift experience are strongly preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is strongly preferred
- Ability to cross-train in other positions
