Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Qatar

Workshop Details: Face-to-face interviews will be held in Istanbul during the 2nd week of March. Exact dates will be confirmed closer to the time.

Responsibilities:

• Provide electrical engineering expertise consistent with Engineer-level competency to contribute to department objectives and meet company strategy.

Key Job Accountabilities:

1. Provide electrical engineering support to operations and asset maintenance in day-to-day troubleshooting, including Level-2 complexity issues and PM/CM activities as per maintenance strategies.
2. Initiate Management of Change (MOC) processes and support engineering in feasibility studies and implementation of MOC recommendations to the asset electrical team.
3. Provide inputs to the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) team to improve system maintenance strategies and participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), risk screening, and Formal Risk Assessment (FRA).
4. Contribute to the budget, IT demand plan, and technical training plan to meet department objectives.
5. Support the review and development of maintenance procedures as per company standards.
6. Supervise activities undertaken by contractors, consultants, and service providers to ensure procedures are followed.
7. Ensure the execution of the maintenance quality verification program in accordance with company guidelines.
8. Provide in-house technical training to the asset maintenance team as part of the technical competency program.
9. Manage contracts to support electrical maintenance and repairs as per the maintenance plan.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, majoring in Engineering in the area of specialization.

Knowledge and Experience:

• 4 years of electrical experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
