Position: HVAC & Lighting Supervisor

Role Overview:
Supervise and coordinate a specialized team responsible for the maintenance, modification, and operational efficiency of HVAC and lighting systems. Ensure the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability in maintaining company assets.

Interview Details:

Face-to-face interviews will be held in Istanbul during the second week of May.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with approved quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) procedures to safeguard personnel and company assets.
2. Allocate resources effectively and monitor work progress to optimize team efficiency.
3. Assess team performance and recommend process improvements for enhanced operational effectiveness.
4. Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot complex issues within the assigned team.
5. Oversee and support team activities, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently as per planned schedules.
6. Prioritize and coordinate maintenance, installation, and repair activities, ensuring smooth collaboration with stakeholders.
7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, generate reports, and analyze trends for continuous improvement.
8. Ensure timely closure of maintenance requests and work orders with comprehensive documentation.
9. Oversee execution of maintenance activities, including shutdowns, turnarounds, and routine support services.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry, with hands-on expertise in HVAC and lighting systems.
