Position: Instrument/Mechanical Planner
Role Overview:
Provide maintenance planning services to the Asset Maintenance team to ensure efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and flawless execution of maintenance activities. Support operational reliability for onshore assets in alignment with established policies, procedures, and performance targets.
Interview Details:
Face-to-face interviews will be held in Istanbul during the second week of May.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure maintenance planning activities align with KPIs and are executed on schedule for optimal operational effectiveness.
- Develop detailed scopes of work for processing company work orders related to asset maintenance.
- Review planned tasks to ensure appropriate allocation of resources, including materials, procurement, tools, equipment, labor, contracts, and logistics.
- Conduct daily reviews of new maintenance notifications, ensuring adequate information for planning. Assess realistic Time Frame Under Consideration (TFUC) and support Latest Acceptable Completion Dates (LACD) adjustments while identifying duplicate work orders.
- Ensure all associated costs are accurately captured in work orders before submitting for management approval. Address any discrepancies in SAP Bill of Materials (BOM) related to work order planning.
- Process Material Return to Stock (MRS) for surplus or unused materials to maintain efficient inventory control.
- Ensure that all planned maintenance activities comply with established company standards.
- Facilitate the monthly Preventive Maintenance (PM) review process 12 weeks in advance and prepare detailed PM plans.
- Maintain and update the SAP PM task list library for routine and repetitive maintenance activities.
- Support work order close-out processes, ensuring proper documentation and setting the status to Technical Completion (TECO).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in maintenance planning/scheduling within the oil & gas or petrochemical industry, including at least 3 years in a dedicated planning or scheduling role.
