Position: Painting & Insulation Supervisor

Role Overview:
Provide maintenance expertise in Painting, Coating, Composite Wrapping, and Hot/Cold Insulation to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all onshore company facilities. Lead and oversee execution teams while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Interview Details:

Face-to-face interviews will be held in Istanbul during the second week of May.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical knowledge, expertise, and supervision for Painting and Insulation services across company facilities.
2. Ensure compliance with Insulation & Painting manuals, procedures, and specification standards within the department.
3. Lead the execution team to complete tasks safely and to the highest quality standards, while planning daily activities and submitting detailed daily and weekly reports to management.
4. Assess and certify Painting Supervisors and Inspectors, coordinating with relevant departments and verifying Contractor competency assessment procedures.
5. Conduct procedural awareness sessions and job execution training for end users.
6. Inspect and audit Painting and Insulation Yards, overseeing work activities to ensure quality and safety compliance.
7. Review and improve Painting/Insulation Procedures as needed.
8. Contribute to the preparation of annual maintenance budgets, including tools and spare parts requirements, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
9. Provide maintenance support during plant emergencies, ensuring a quick and effective response.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry, with hands-on experience in painting, coating, insulation, and composite wrapping.
