Position: Scaffolding & Refractory Supervisor

Role Overview:
Supervise the execution team, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and procedures while coordinating and monitoring performance against the integrated schedule and business requirements. Oversee Scaffolding and Refractory activities across all company facilities, ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable completion of tasks.

Interview Details:

Face-to-face interviews will be held in Istanbul during the second week of May.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the execution team to ensure safety compliance, quality standards, and adherence to procedures in Scaffolding and Refractory activities.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on scaffolding and refractory requirements/services for all company facilities.
• Ensure that Scaffolding and Refractory manuals, procedures, and specifications are followed within the department.
• Lead the execution team to complete tasks safely and to the highest quality, while planning and supervising daily activities. Submit daily and weekly reports to management.
• Assess and certify Scaffolding Supervisors and Inspectors, ensuring compliance with contractor competency assessments.
• Conduct procedural awareness sessions for job execution and implement the process with end users.
• Inspect and audit the Scaffolding and Refractory Yard, overseeing work activities to ensure standards and safety protocols are followed.
• Review and improve Scaffolding Procedures and the Technical Manual, including complex access requirements.
• Contribute to the annual operating maintenance budgets, including tools and spare parts requirements, ensuring availability.
• Provide support during plant emergencies, ensuring immediate response and efficient problem-solving.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Higher National Diploma (HND) in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Certifications: Completed CITB, CISRS, OSHA certificates.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry with direct experience in scaffolding and refractory services.
