As a Technician-I/E-Level 2 here at Honeywell Energy &Sustainability Solutions (ESS), you will play a crucial role in maintaining andtroubleshooting I/E systems and equipment. You will be responsible for ensuringthe smooth operation of our I/E systems, identifying and resolving technicalissues, and performing preventive maintenance tasks. Your expertise in I/E willcontribute to the overall efficiency and reliability of our operations.
You will report directly to our I/E Supervisor and you'll work out ofour Geismar, LA location.
In this role, you will impact the performance and reliability of our I/Esystems, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality andfunctionality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of all instrument andelectrical equipment in the plant. Duties also include completion of allregulatory PM's in accordance with plant procedures. Also be a contributor tocontinuous improvement ideas within the I/E department. SAP knowledge would bea plus. Good communication skills required. Ability to handle multiple task aswell as being able to work well with other departments within the plant siterequired. PLC and VFD experience would be valuable. Combustion chambertrouble-shooting a plus as well.
