We have an opportunity for an Advanced Producibility Engineer at Honeywell in Brno, who will be essential in driving productivity improvement initiatives specifically tailored for the Water and Gas Metering business. This role emphasizes the generation and execution of innovative ideas to enhance product designs and manufacturing processes.

This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate existing product designs and manufacturing techniques for improvement opportunities.
• Develop innovative solutions using advanced engineering standards to enhance producibility and product effectiveness.
• Partner with product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams for seamless integration of changes.
• Engage stakeholders to prioritize productivity initiatives and share best practices.
• Monitor and assess the impact of changes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality requirements.

Key skills and qualifications

• Higher Education in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field); master's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering, preferably in water and gas metering industries.
• Proven experience in leading productivity improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in data analysis and continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills for effective collaboration and multitasking.
