EngineeringAs the Technical Support Engineer, you will be accountable for providing support to the Sales engineers, consulting Customers on products and solutions, interacting with the Customer's technical services, preparing technical and commercial proposals.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Preparation and execution of technical and commercial proposals, calculation of the cost of products in accordance with the price list, indication of the cost of equipment considering the discount agreed with the sales engineer, following company's policy;
• Calculation of delivery times taking into account the production terms;
• Interaction with employees of the regional sales offices of Emerson, the planning department, the department for the purchase of related equipment at the stage of preparing the commercial offer;
• Explanations to the Customer the details of proposal and making adjustment based on the comments;
• Good technical knowledge and application of the range of supplied equipment and services and work with technical documentation (technical data sheets, operation manual, catalogues), price lists;
• Analysis of customer requests, clarification of details on contacts, technical information, questionnaires, etc. with sales engineers or customers, if required;
• Preparation of orders for placement in production and work in CRM systems.

You consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances while holding yourself and others accountable to meet commitments.
For This Role, You Will Need:
• Experience in areas related to the selection of instrumentation and automation min 2 years.
• Higher technical education
• Understanding the principles of operation and application of field equipment (pressure sensors, temperature sensors, level gauges);
• Knowledge of English at Pre-Intermediate and above level (for interaction with manufacturers, work with documentation and specialized software, etc.);
• Confident PC user of office programs;
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Professional certifications that confirm your technical expertise and experience in automation and control filed strongly preferred.
• Deep professional understanding of sales & supply chain processes is strongly preferred.
• Experience in working as technical support sales is preferred.
• Proven experience in effective customer relationships is ideal.
